Shipping

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, however during peak periods it might take up to 3-5 business days. 

Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping. 

Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by Sundei. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above, however we cannot take responsibility if the delivery time takes longer than indicated.

Ars Longa Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. is not liable for any delays, products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Turkey)

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of Turkey)

International orders may be liable for additional import duties, custom fees and taxes depending on the destination country. Unfortunately, as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
