Refunds
If you are not happy with the product you have received, please contact our customer service team within 14 days to request a refund with your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sundei.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Also original shipping fee will not be credited back upon return.
You may use any postal service at your own risk, Sundei cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
